OUR MISSION
Our mission at Sindisa Sanctuary is to provide a forever home for rescued farm animals and to share their joy of freedom with our visitors on 250 acres in Healdsburg, CA. We hope to raise awareness around the fact that all animals are sentient beings who deserve fundamental rights and compassion.
WHAT WE DO
Animals are at the center of everything we do at Sindisa. We are passionate about educating the public about the sentient nature of all beings. We try to open our visitors' eyes to truths behind factory meat farming, the dairy industry and the decline in wild horses and burros in America. Our rescue residents come from a variety of different situations and their back stories are an important part of the educational experience at Sindisa.
